Dwight Howard Thanks The City Of Orlando

All-Star center Dwight Howard, attempted to repair his relationship with the city of Orlando and fans of the Orlando Magic on Sunday, when he purchased a full page ad in the “Orlando Sentinel,” expressing his love for the city and its residents. The 26-year-old center, was drafted by the Magic with the first pick in the 2004 NBA draft and played for the team, during his first eight seasons in the Association. Howard would lead the Magic to the NBA Finals in 2009, when the club fell to his new team the Los Angeles Lakers.

The big man was traded to Los Angeles last month in a four team transaction, ending a relationship between player and team that had deteriorated badly in the last few months.
