Brooklyn Nets Reveal New Logos And Colors

Prepare yourself for what will soon be one of the hottest selling items for fans of the Association across the planet. Monday, the Brooklyn Nets revealed their new logos and colors on the team’s website designed by one of the club’s owners; Rap star Jay-Z.  The new logo will still have the familiar shield and basketball that previous logos had; with the major difference being that the letter “B” is now the centerpiece of the image, evoking the iconic symbol of the Brooklyn Dodgers.

The color scheme is also retro; as it is a simple black and white. Jay-Z believes that the new logos and colors show confidence in the new direction that the team is taking by making the move to Brooklyn, according to the website. The Nets will start playing in their new home, the Barclay’s Center starting this fall.
